Reenactment | Print |

Besides being a reenactment shop we (Zwaard en Volk) also form a reenactment group of around 12 people which focuses at the 15th century. On camps you can not only see our historical blue-white striped round pavillion, which serves as both sales tent as sleep tent, but also our other historical sleep tents and seperate shed with historical furniture and utensils.

We aren't a group which strives for 200% historical correctness but we do our best to make it look good, as historically correct as possible. You won't see any plastic with us! And well, it's a hobby or it isn't so we can't resist to buy ourselves historical correct durable articles again and again...

Zwaard en Volk has 5 sword fighters and 2 archers under its members. You can find us at most battles but we also join more quiet activities like making chainmail, bake waffles, wheel weaving, making historical embroidery and hurdy gurdy playing.

Here is a preview of our photo's.
